The Human Resources Department is the nucleus of the organization. The structure of the Human Resources Department includes a Director Human Resources, Senior Human Resource Officer-Payroll (SHRO), Employee Benefits Officer, Administrative Assistant and Human Resources Assistant. HR employees are cross-trained and in addition to his/her major responsibility has responsibility for various aspects of the employee relations functions and other HR generalist activities within the department.
