Overview

The Hospitality and Tourism Management programme is designed to introduce students to the requirements of the Hospitality and Tourism Industry of the Caribbean. Students are exposed to policies regarding Tourism, Hotel and Guest Services industry, Restaurant Industry and Food and Beverage considerations. Students are afforded the opportunity to do internships at actual institutions.
